Chinese technology company Oppo on Friday announced that the Oppo Find N6, the Oppo Find N6, will soon arrive in the Philippines.
The device has attracted significant attention since its global launch in March for its flawless display.
“So here at Oppo, we continue to push innovation and industry-leading capabilities,” said Jubilius Yu, chief integrated communications (IMC) at Oppo Philippines, during the Oppo Find Series pre-launch event on Friday.
“And we’re really excited for everyone to discover our new Find series,” he added.
The hands-free display of the new Oppo Find N6 is made possible by the company’s precision hinge engineering and Auto-Smoothing Flex Glass, which work together to deliver a flat and smooth touch experience, Oppo said on its website.
The hinge system uses the second generation Oppo Titanium Flexion Hinge, which combines 3D fluid printing and Clover Balance Pivot technology.
BusinessWorld had a chance to get an early look at the company’s new foldable flagship, and it actually doesn’t shrink from every angle, as seen in the photos.
Under the hood, the Oppo Find N6 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which on paper can handle demanding games and multimedia applications.
Both the internal displays and the cover are adaptable from 1 to 120 hertz, and both offer a brightness of up to 1,800 nits, according to Oppo.
As for its cameras, they were developed in collaboration with the famous camera brand Hasselblad. It has five cameras, including a 200-megapixel (MP) main lens, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, a true color camera, and a 20MP front camera.
Other key features include a 6,000mAh battery capacity with 80-watt fast charging.
The Oppo Find N6 comes in two colors: Stellar Titanium and Blossom Orange.
Official prices and promotions will be announced when it arrives in the Philippines.
