Although it’s been six years since Goldie Hawn’s film career, she’s not completely opposed to returning to the silver screen – but it will depend on one thing.
“It’s about content,” he told People in a new interview. “It has to do with the content. Doing it for acting, taking things… I read a lot of plays, a lot of scripts that I didn’t like, or I didn’t think I could fit.”
Hawn, who was last seen in “The Christmas Chronicles 2” in 2020 with her co-star, Kurt Russell, said she is at a point in her life and career where she has to love something important to pursue a career.

“One thing about acting is that I’ve done it, and I’ve had a good career, and I respect that,” said the famous actor. “I’d like to find something that would be like, ‘Oh my God, I want this so bad. This is so funny. You’re so crazy. You’re so adorable.’ But I’ve never seen you.”
“If someone comes up with a cool, funny script … I think it would be great,” he added.
After her daughter, Kate Hudson, recently floated the idea of writing something to both Hawn and Russell, the “First Wives Club” alum told People, “I would love that. And we’ve both thought about it a lot.”

Hawn has two children, Kate and Oliver Hudson, from her previous marriage to Bill Hudson, while Russell shares son Boston Russell with ex-wife Season Hubley. Hawn and Russell, who started dating in 1983, later welcomed a son, Wyatt Russell.

After four decades with Russell, Hawn told the station that she appreciates the “freedom” she still has in her relationship with him.
The famous actress, who is preparing to release her first children’s book, “The After-School Kindness Crew: Pooch on the Loose” with her partner Lin Oliver on May 5, also opened up about this new chapter in life and explained how her bond with Russell continues to grow stronger after 43 years together.
“The purpose of my life is to be happy. The purpose of my life is to be an example to my children and my family,” said Hawn, who turned 80 in November. People.
