Zagreb, Croatia, May 5, 2026 – eWyse, a strategic eLearning partner, and the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI) have been named official winners of the 2026 Excellence in Learning Awards in the Health, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Social Care category. This honor was celebrated at an awards ceremony in London on April 28, and it is an honor to be counted among the outstanding organizations competing this year—a reflection of the meaningful work that GHAI does every day to advance public health policy around the world.
Turning 25 Years of Expertise into a Global Learning Program
GHAI supports civil society and advocates in more than 40 countries to implement life-saving public health policies. To measure that goal, they needed to transform a rich library of guides, templates, and case studies into a flexible, interactive eLearning experience accessible to students from junior programmers to senior public health professionals, often working in low-bandwidth environments.
eWyse stepped in as a partner to make that change happen. The result: five interactive modules delivered in three languages (English, Latin American Spanish, and African French), and 27 downloadable tools embedded directly into the curriculum for immediate real-world application. Managing multilingual, multi-regional releases of this complexity requires more than good instructional design. eWyse used its proprietary 3C Framework to manage the entire project from concept to delivery:
- Artistic Clarity – Cultural authenticity is prioritized at every step, from local dialects that include African, Indian, Latin American, and African French voices to UX decisions that reflect the real communication boundaries of the target audience.
- Structured Process – A clear delivery model kept the project on track, transforming the dense source material into five parallel modules without scope drift, delivered on schedule in September 2025.
- Financial Control – The predictable implementation allowed GHAI to successfully increase its impact, resulting in a 100% student recommendation rate and the expansion of the program into new modules.
This management approach has given GHAI the confidence to measure and the results to justify it.
Speaking Results
Since its launch on GHAI’s HATCH platform, the program has gained strong acceptance among civil society organizations across low- and middle-income countries. Student feedback has been overwhelmingly positive: 85.7% rated the overall quality as “Very Good” or “Very Good,” 100% found the content “Very Helpful” or “Very Helpful,” and 100% would recommend the program to a colleague. GHAI’s response was to quickly approve additional modules on Communication and media advocacy.
