The latest episode of Sydney Sweeney’s “Euphoria” has been rewarding fans — not just about Cassie’s walk down the aisle, but about the messy wedding look that viewers say stole the spotlight.
Fans watched Sweeney’s character, Cassie Howard, get married in the third episode of the third season. Despite Cassie’s dream of a “classy wedding,” the low-cut corset dress did not leave the imagination, causing a reaction from fans on the Internet. As Cassie does her first dance with husband Nate Jacobs, played by Jacob Elordi, her pasties keep popping out of the top of her low-cut dress.
“Cassie says she doesn’t have a ghetto wedding and wears her whole nipple in her wedding dress,” one X user wrote.

While filming the wedding episode of the third season of “Euphoria”, it became clear that Sweeney’s low-cut dress was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.
“Sydney has always had nip slips,” stylist Natasha Newman-Thomas told Instyle. “And I was like, ‘Okay, we won’t record him. We will welcome you.’ And I was like, ‘We’re going to make custom cupcakes with the same hand bead fabric and accept a nip slip because that’s Cassie.’
The costume designer said the dress fit “Cassie’s mind,” as she wanted to be a “princess” on her big day.
“And we really wanted him to feel special,” explains Newman-Thomas. “And I wanted to make a really beautiful, glamorous wedding dress with just a little touch because Cassie.”

Sweeney has faced criticism every week since the show premiered on April 12. Sweeney’s portrayal of Cassie Howard centers around the actress’ desire to start an OnlyFans account to pay for the lavish wedding she plans to have.
“I have no words for Sydney, this incident [is] it’s actually bad,” user he wrote about the scene where Sweeney’s character pretends to be an “old kid” in his OnlyFans content.
Online viewers were quick to say that the show’s creator was “humiliating” Sweeney with the OnlyFans storyline.

Cherry joined the cast of “Euphoria” as Faye Valentine in the second season. What he thought was going to be a small role, it turned into something big as he got a lot of screen time in the third season. He used to think that he would not be able to break into Hollywood during his time at OnlyFans.
“Only fans and sex work have become normal, but it’s actually because of capitalism and the economy is getting worse,” he explained. “It has nothing to do with empowerment or power or anything. It’s 100% related to the fact that we live under capitalism and the economy is terrible. That’s why people are turning to it.”
